Bonita National Golf and Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pool Concierge. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:
Greets all members and guests in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Assists and directs as needed.
Assists with any inquiries, answers incoming phone calls, forwards calls or takes messages as needed.
Serves as a source of information and communication liaison with the membership.
Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
