ll Do Lead key engineering ,and product decisions for the macOS app Write test ,and ship production-quality code that scales to millions of users Maintain evolve complex app architecture with a focus on performance stability Work within cross-functional team partnering with designers PMs t shape features from concept launch Participate i nproduct planning roadmap discussions Drive continuous improvement i nc ode quality CI/CD processes development workflows You should have Demonstrated experience shipping macOS or related desktop applications used by many customers Strong engineering instincts with deep focus on user experience A strategic mindset f rbuilding great productsnot just writing code Ability t work quickly decide what build now vs later iterate fast Experience working i nremote distributed teams Technical requirements Swift / SwiftUI (macOS) proficiency Solid understanding AppKit macOS frameworks desktop-specific UI paradigms Strong understanding concurrency asynchronous execution models Familiarity Bitrise CI/CD workflows e g Xcode Cloud GitHub Actions
