    As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.

    You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, providing strategic guidance and tactical support across various operations and business functions.

    This position reports to the Dir, Human Resources.


    What you'll be doing:

    Strategic HR Planning:

    Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.


    Talent Management:
    Develop strategies for talent retention, succession planning, and career development. Act as HR business partner to Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires (ie new hire orientation, benefits, HRIS, etc)

    Employee Relations:

    Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


    Performance Management:
    Support performance management programs to drive employee engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.

    Organizational Development:

    Partner with functional leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.


    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.

    HR Analytics:
    Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Employee Engagement:

    Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and wellness, including employee recognition programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and health and wellness programs.


    What you'll bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • 5 years Human Resource experience required, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • A strategic thinker with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency and comfort within Microsoft Office and HRIS

    Physical / Safety Requirements:

    • Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends
    • Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required
    • Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
