We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join the team This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role and must be able to work 3 - 4 opening shifts (5 am - 12 pm) Wednesday - Sunday.

What we are looking for someone who can:
- Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
- Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
