    Osteria Alberico is named after Frasca Hospitality Group's owner Bobby Stuckey's wife, Danette and her family. Osteria Alberico is the sister restaurant to Boulder's Pizzeria Alberico, and the newest addition to Frasca Hospitality Group. More casual than a ristorante or trattoria, a traditional osteria can often be found in neighborhoods instead of tourist-laden streets. A space that serves as a catch all for casual meet-ups, family dinners and post-work enjoyment, locals and visitors alike can expect warm, familial hospitality.



    Osteria Alberico Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance of employees, shift leads and other department heads. Primary administrative responsibilities will include reporting weekly payroll, organization of schedules, ordering of restaurant supplies and wares while staying within budget limitations, and ensuring positive guest experiences in all areas. This position will report directly to the General Manager and is expected to follow any SOP that is put in place.



    Primary responsibilities:

    • General oversight and management of all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to our guests
    • Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.
    • Ensure positive guest experience in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn a dissatisfied guest into a return guest.
    • Manage shifts which includes (but not limited to): daily decision making, staff accountability, product quality, daily administrative duties and cleanliness.
    • Responsible for restaurant wares.
    • Assist with payroll, scheduling and other administrative duties with guidance from the general manager. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
    • Development of staff and management; provide direction and constructive feedback, set yearly goals, and conduct reviews.
    • Oversee inventory efficiency, reduction of loss and labor hours.
    • Coordination with public relations and private dining teams to execute events and experiences.
    • Daily maintenance with Tock, Toast, Restaurant 365, InDesign, and BentoBox.
    • Maintaining weekly, monthly and annual financial reports and Profit and Loss Statements.
    • Adhere to the Management Expectations Manual, which will be provided to you during training.


    Manager Expectations

    • Service - Leading the team in service 5 days a week with a minimum of 50 hour work week.
    • Presence on the floor. Mentorship can only exist if you present for each shift.
    • Hospitality focused with all staff, guests and vendor relationships.
    • Our team - Development, encouragement, mentorship and constant direction.
    • Education, support and feedback for all staff members. Constant education on all fronts. We must always empower our staff and lead by example.
    • Proper interactions and forward progress with CDC and the kitchen team.
    • Upholding the Frasca Hospitality Group Standards.
    • Managers may not hang out with staff outside of work unless approved by the direct supervisor.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years manager experience
    • Proficiency with Google Drive, Excel, and Word.
    • Well versed in Tock, BentoBox, InDesign, Restaurant 365 and Toast.
    • Italian wine & culinary knowledge.
    • Inventory experience with beverage focus
    • Professional and confident verbal and written communication.
    • Strong ability to multitask


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certified Sommelier, with global wine knowledge, and focused on wine service with its relation to hospitality. (Expected to receive certification of CMS or WSET if not already certified)
    • Minimum 2 years fine dining captain experience

    Self-discipline, initiative and leadership ability is critical. You must have the ability to motivate staff to work as a team. Strong multitasking and communication skills are important to a functionally smooth team. You should strive to portray positivity at all times and lead by example. It is important to be empathetic, fair, and focus on having a good attitude.



    Compensation and Benefits:
    Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
