- Responsible for distributing and balancing the production schedule among various work-center groups and departments.
- Establish clear, attainable delivery commitments for both internal and external customers.
- Monitor planned work orders and adjust schedules as needed due to production issues affecting completion times.
- Analyze resource capacity and effectively allocate production machines and work center operations to maintain a steady product flow.
- Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by consistently evaluating production performance, adhering to the master schedule, and monitoring inventory status and capacity utilization.
