The town of Colchester is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for the opening of its new recreation center. This energetic and customer service-minded professional will be involved in staff management, budgeting, scheduling, development and coordination of facility programs, special events.

Coordinates, schedules and organizes operational staff and contractors who provide recreational, educational or cultural programs. Develops, markets, implements and evaluates programs, costs and funding. Evaluates quality, responsiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of programs, opportunities for improvement, and participates in the development and implementation of goals.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, bachelor's degree in recreation administration, sports management, business management or related, and two years of supervisory experience in fitness, recreation, programming or leisure services.
