Position SummaryThe Department of Sociology at Michigan State University (MSU) seeks candidates to teach courses for the Graduate Certificate in Animal Studies: Social Science and Humanities Perspectives for the academic year. This 12-month annual position will begin on August 16, 2022 and may be renewed for additional years upon positive performance evaluation and sufficient budgetary resources. The successful candidate will teach the following courses: Animals & Environmental Sustainability; Animals & Social Transformations; and Special Topics in Animal Studies.
