Role Description:
Arcadis is in search of an Environmental Intern to be part of our Selma, CA team within the Mobility Business Area. This part-time position will involve assisting with the High-Speed Rail Project.
Joining the Program and Project Management team, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale, renowned projects alongside some of the industry's top talent. Your enthusiasm, adaptability, and attention to detail will drive transformative results for numerous clients daily.
Role Accountabilities:
As a Technical Engineer Intern, your duties will include researching for change order proposals. This entails managing the document control process and utilizing the document control system database to organize Contract Change Orders in change order binders for the Project. You will also work with Record Drawings, such as Design Drawings and Construction Plans, as well as Project Record Documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel and Word, is vital for excelling in this role.
You will have the chance to collaborate extensively, engaging with various departments like Design/Engineering, Construction, Environmental, Third Party, Right-of-Way, and Document Control.
