Position Title: Flat Rate Technician
Job Code: Department: Service
Department #: 0347 Reports To: Service Manager/Service & Parts Director FLSA Status: Exempt Station GMC is in search of an experienced GM Certified Technician
To join our busy service department
$15k sign on bonus for Experienced GM Flat Rate Master Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of experience (To be paid out over first year of employment)
$40-$50 an hour based on experienceQualifications
  • Flat Rate Technician experience
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Effective communication skillsMust have a valid driver's license with a clean record

      The Automotive Technician is responsible for the actual service and /or repair of vehicles assigned to them by service management or their designated representatives. Repairs must be done in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards Ensures that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently and that the dealership's service department maintains a consistently high level of safety and customer satisfaction that is consistent with Route24 Auto Group's core philosophies principles values.

      Certificates/Licenses:


      • AASE Certification Manufacturer Recommended Certification Training Valid driver's license acceptable driving record
