    Account Receivable Specialist

    • Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
    • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of aging, credits, collections, uncollectible amounts, and miscellaneous differences.
    • Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
    • Monitor and collect accounts receivable through phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence with clients.
    • Prepare in-depth analyses and ratio evaluations related to A/R to provide management with a comprehensive understanding of collection efforts' progress.
    • Support accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Collaborative mindset in a team environment.
    • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong mathematical abilities.
    • Able to work independently with efficiency and productivity.

The Account Receivable Specialist will work closely with the accounting and finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
