    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient

    Lymphedema Experience Required
     

    Position Details

    • Shift Options: 4x10 Days OR 5x8 Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
    • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
    • First-Time Travelers: Accepted
    • Weekend Requirement: Rotating every 6 weeks
    • On-Call: Not required
    • Floating: May float within scope if needed
    • Block Schedule: Discuss during interview
    • Locals Accepted: Yes (No radius restriction)
    • RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days

    Required Certifications

    • BLS
    • Active State OT License
    • NBCOT
    • LANA Certified COTA in OT Lymphedema Program

    Work Setting

    • Adult Outpatient

    Guaranteed Hours Policy

    • Facility may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay.
    • Any additional canceled hours beyond 36 will be billed.
    • On-call shifts in place of cancellation count as a called-off shift.
