    The Collection and Count Room Supervisor manages the collection & count room operations that are responsible for the handling and processing of coin & cash from WASH laundry rooms, while leading the workforce to adapt positively to accelerated change and growth.


    Estimated Salary:
    $65,000 to $80,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.


    Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.


    What you will do:

    • Manage the coin and cash collection from washers & dryers in the field, including transport, processing, and deposit in strict accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the company
    • Plan, assign, and evaluate the work, processes, and procedures to ensure well-functioning operations
    • Maximize routing efficiency and minimize collect-to-deposit timeframes
    • Ensure that all collection & counting processes are completed timely
    • Responsible for compliance to loss prevention audited standards
    • Performance management including training, coaching, performance reviews, & disciplinary action
    • Resolve escalated customer concerns, while identifying root-cause resolutions

    What we are looking for:

    • 5 years of experience in a leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Management courses and seminars a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office. Must also possess a keen technological aptitude to quickly gain familiarity with, and operate within, custom software applications specific to WASH
    • Ability to write reports, email correspondence, and procedural manuals using concise, correct grammar
    • Ability to effectively present and communicate information in group meetings, and respond to questions from coworkers, clients, & customers
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • Valid driver license required
    • Some travel required
