    Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Acquistion Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities
    The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems
    The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:


    • Provides support for financial, business, administrative, and project management.
    • Assists with monitoring project performance and assists in the review of contract deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met.
    • Assists with the development and administration of ARPA-H projects to include tasks such as: development of acquisition documents, solicitation material, administration of source selection reviews, and assessing technical solutions.
    • Assisting with the tracking of financial milestones.
    • Perform routine tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, writing internal memos, maintaining and updating project management records, preparing and reviewing presentations, records maintenance, and coordinating daily operations of the assigned project
    A successful Acquistion Analyst candidate will incorporate the following skills and experiences:


    • Hardworking and energetic.
    • Prior acquisition experience either serving as or supporting a Government Contract Specialist, Contracting Officer, or Contract Officer's Representative.
    • Experience supporting SBIRs/STTRs/Small Business Programs.
    • (preference) with FAR based contract administration, 2-5 years of related work experience.
    • (preference) l+ years of experience in/with a Federal R&D funding agency (IARPA, DARPA, ARPA-E, etc.).

    Experience with Other Transaction Agreements/ Qualification Requirements:
    Education


    • BA/BS preferred, not required
    Clearance


    • HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
    Experience


    • A minimum of 2-5 years working with senior leadership in a professional environment
