    Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

    Location: Brentwood, TN

    Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

    Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

    Schedule: Hybrid Schedule

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Brentwood, TN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. This is a direct hire position with a hybrid schedule, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices accurately and efficiently
    • Verify and reconcile vendor statements
    • Ensure timely payments to vendors
    • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
    • Assist with month-end closing activities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience required
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
