- Provide psychopharmacological services to assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor and coordinate physical health and primary care needs of clients.
- Supervise coordination of all medication management activities.
- Participate in the review of all high risk case reviews.
- Work collaboratively with inpatient providers to develop appropriate aftercare plans and inpatient treatment plans consistent with community treatment goals.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Utilization Review Committees.
- Update and maintain client's electronic medical record in accordance to contract specifications.
- Obtain and maintain proper insurance authorization for client service coverage

MSPCC, a division of Eliot is seeking a Child Nurse Practitioner for 8 hours a week in our Holyoke Clinic. Ideal candidates will have experience working with outpatient and wraparound services teams. This position will manage client clinical crises including outreach, staff consultation, on-call support and consultation. You will have the ability to relate easily to others on an individual basis and in a group.Responsibilities include:
A license to practice medicine in Massachusetts.
Schedule: 8 hours weekly. Clinic hours: 9-5P
