    ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze monthly investment advisor performanceInterface with investment advisors to manage client distributions and cash managementPerform annual trust investment reviewsPerform annual trust administrative reviewsPrepare trust accounts for annual internal and regulatory auditsManage all client and trust information through proprietary trust management softwareReview all new trust documents to ensure they conform to South Dakota lawDevelop strong interpersonal relationships with all trust beneficiaries to better understand their needs andpersonal issuesPerform client onboarding and due diligence including OFAC and AML complianceGather and manage tax compliance for all trusts on an annual basisQualificationsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to follow-up in a timely mannerStrong ability to multi-taskAbility to work proactively and independentlyOrganizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge with working with Salesforce and trust accounting softwareLegal, investment management, tax and accounting background to better manage book of trustsAbility to see beyond an isolated task or project and anticipate project outcomes and issues to improve ongoingwork habits.
