    JOB SUMMARYCoordinate and support various aspects of ticketing initiatives with Global Events. Main focus of this role revolves around the MLB season ticket program and several Major League Baseball jewel events.

    RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure management, fulfillment, distribution, and financial reconciliation of MLB regular season ticket program for all MLB club tickets using in-house Requestix ticket system, along with Ticketmaster Archtics system.

    Deliver insight and support for updates and improvements pertaining to Requestix ticket system and additional digital ticketing initiatives.
    Oversee All-Star ticket invitation process for internal departments, clubs, and broadcast partners.
    Coordinate the distribution of MLB department's ticket inventory for jewel events, along with onsite support at MLB Jewel events.

    Assist MLB departments on building patron accounts, managing ticket inventory, billing clients, and reconciling orders for tickets allocated to internal departments.

    Provide additional support to ticketing initiatives for any additional games and hospitality events operated by the Global Events Department.
    Administrative duties relevant to the Global Events ticketing area.
    Assist Global Events department in various capacities.

    QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree and a minimum of one to three years relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Excellent computer aptitude including demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with ticketing programs such as Archtics, ProVenue, Ticketmaster are preferred, but not required.
    Professional demeanor, organized and detail oriented.
    Analytical skills, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills.
    Ability to work well with all levels of staff and various departments.
    Exceptional customer service attitude.
    Time management skills including ability to multi-task between projects and meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Flexibility to work long and irregular hours and willingness to travel as needed.

    Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $58,500 - $65,000.As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
