    Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer.     Responsibilities You will work with the customer base to assist with the adaptation or improvement of an IT Service Management (ITSM) Lifecycle for the service provider/service-based program.

    You will employ CSI tools and techniques to influence the adoption and refinement of ITSM strategies, Policies and Plans within an IT service provider or large service-based program.

    You will help lead a cross organization ITSM working group and NEN ITSM team.

    You will influence the sponsor/customer to prioritize and implement recommendations for continuous process improvements that enhance processes, products, and service quality.

    You will assist in the development of IT Governance constructs within IT service-based program, organizations or teams.

    You will assist the integration of a service-based program or project within the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) or similar commercial framework.

    You will develop risk statements, provide technical documentation support, provide evaluative support geared towards modernizing and integrating software applications and/or hardware.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
    Overseeing systems engineering, computer application and services development, software integration OR infrastructure development and management activities; and providing detailed analysis and recommendation to senior leaders, customers, and industry or organizational partners


    In addition:

    Your resume must demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1.

    4. Problem Solving
    • Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
