CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a growing rehabilitation organization and currently assisting them in searching for a Staff Accountant to join their team. The Accountant will be responsible for full cycle accounting for multiple facilities. The Staff Accountant will report to the Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting for between 7 to 9 facilities
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Generate payroll integration files, import to GL and reconciliations
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial records
• Maintain fixed asset additions/disposals, depreciation and reconciliations.
• Prepares and processes general ledger entries, maintains records and files; reconciles accounts.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate accounting/related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of GAAP
