AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Geolocation Operator Apprentice, Lev I.

Shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and active geolocation technique available.

Location: Fort Eisenhower, Augusta, Georgia, USA

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None required. The following certifications are highly desired:

• NSAG Geolocation Qualification Course or
• SCE Collection Operator Certification
• USAF Tactical Support Operator (TSO) Certification

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with a Service Cryptologic Element, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in the following:

MINIMALLY ACCEPTABLE:

• Experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction Finding operations.

HIGHLY DESIRED:

Certification in active geolocation techniques via training programs conducted by a service component, or another US Government Agency to include the technologies below is highly desired:

• Global System Mobile (GSM)
• Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)
• CDMA 2000 Evolution - Data only (EVDO)
• Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
• Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
