Family Practice physician job in Illinois : VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join an established Department.

Practice opportunity details include:

Outpatient only position
Join an established team of 3 Family Medicine physicians and 5 APPs
Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for one full week at a time
Clinic houses its own lab services, imaging department, and Convenient Care with a pharmacy directly adjacent to the building
NHSC certified site in Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) that qualifies for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
