Now Hiring:
Maintenance Technicians (Level I–III)
We're seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support advanced manufacturing operations and ensure equipment reliability across production systems.
This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, improving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Perform reactive and preventive maintenance using CMMS
- Troubleshoot robotics, conveyors, machining centers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems
- Support Root Cause Analysis and reliability initiatives
- Follow MIOSHA safety standards (LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work)
- Read and interpret mechanical prints
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain production uptime
What We're Looking For
Level I: 3+ years mechanical maintenance experience
Level II: 5+ years experience
- Level
III:
8+ years advanced experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments
- Experience with automation and PLC/CNC-controlled systems
- Up-to-date technical training and own tools (excluding specialty tools)
