    Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications 5+ years of Service Technician experience requiredCertified General Motors TechnicianASE Certification requiredA level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentTeam playerMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
