    Job Title: Legal Secretary - Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment Law

    Job Description: Established employment/class action firm currently seeks a highly skilled Litigation Secretary with 5-7+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment law to join the team. This position has the opportunity to work a HYBRID schedule with 1 day remote after 90 day period, based on performance.

    Litigation Secretary Duties:

    • Efiling (state and federal)
    • Working on cases up to trial with a team of 3-4 attorneys
    • Calendaring internal and court deadlines
    • Preparing pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and subpoenas
    • Requesting medical and employment records
    • Handling incoming/outgoing mail for attorneys
    • Scheduling hearings, meetings, depositions, conferences, and travel if required

    Litigation Secretary Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in plaintiff employment and personal injury
    • Strong knowledge of court rules for subpoenas, trigger dates, trial dates, etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook for calendaring)
