Jones Networking is recruiting for a Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain management of a mid size food production facility in Harrisburg, PA. Logistics Manager Position Summary:

-Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.

-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs.

and efficiency.

-Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.

-Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

-Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

-Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and

customer services.

-Organize and monitor storage and distribution of goods.

Logistics Manager Qualifications Summary:

-BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

-Preferably 3+ years experience in operations, supply chain, and/or logistics.

-Proficient in the use of MS Excel, as well as Netsuite or other

inventory management systems.

-Experience in the food industry preferred. (packing, storage and distribution)

-Solid understanding of inventory management practices

-Experience managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished

goods.

-Strong staff leadership, team building, decision-making and people management skills.
