Description
We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for excellent patient care and outstanding client communication. Responsibilities for this position include answering phones calls and maintaining multiple lines in a timely fashion, scheduling appointments, invoicing and collecting payments. The ability to efficiently multi-task is required. As the first point of contact of each phone call and each office visit, those in the position must maintain a professional attitude and compassionate demeanor to help ensure each client experience is exceptional.Prior customer service experience is required. Veterinary experience is required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits are offered.
