    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver direct clinical services using appropriate therapeutic techniques
    • Complete necessary documentation for insurance and third-party requirements
    • Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory practices set by the Mental Health Licensing Board
    • Engage in quality assurance initiatives
    • Conduct psychological assessments and reviews as needed

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and critical thinking abilities
    • Competency in assessment, explanation, problem-solving, and calculation

    Requirements:

    • Valid license from the Wyoming Mental Health Professionals Licensing Board
    • Mandatory completion of CPI training

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of counseling or therapy experience
    • Experience in Group therapy and interest in leading group programs
