    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in filter design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, specifically in the design and development of filters for various applications. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our filtration technology and ensuring the highest standards of product performance.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Filter Design and Optimization:
      1. Develop and optimize filters for diverse applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
      2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate filters into larger mechanical systems.
    2. Prototype Development:
      1. Create prototypes of filter designs for testing and validation purposes.
      2. Conduct performance evaluations and implement necessary improvements.
    3. Research and Development:
      1. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to filtration.
      2. Drive continuous improvement through innovative design solutions.
    4. Testing and Validation:
      1. Plan and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate filter performance.
      2. Analyze test results and modify designs accordingly.
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
      1. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and testing reports per our ISO requirements.
      2. Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales & engineering team.
    6. Collaboration:
      1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
      2. Provide technical support to various departments as needed.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    2. 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on filter design.
    3. Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    Desired Skills:
    1. Familiarity with various filtration media and their applications.
    2. Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
    3. 2D and 3D CAD skills
    4. Project management skills.
