- Execute precise wound care management, including dressing changes and medically necessary debridement.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in alignment with our medical director's established protocols.
- Perform thorough physical examinations of patients, focusing on wound care needs.
- Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, contributing to overall patient wellness.
- Liaise with primary care physicians and office staff to promptly report changes in patient condition.
- Deliver personalized patient education and counseling, promoting health and well-being.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
- Strong ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
