    Will you join us on this journey?What You Will DoDevelop and scale global customer marketing initiatives, providing additional marketing touchpoints as needed, and serving as the coordinator of region-specific effortsDrive multi-media customer stories, references, and quotesCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop targeted marketing programs and initiatives that drive customer upsell, expansion, and retentionCollaborate with our Sales, Product Marketing, and C-level leadership to create a library of case studies, testimonials, videos, blogs, webinars, etc., showcasing the customer's thought leadership and Glassboxs value and outcomesCollaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to understand customer marketing segmentation strategies and gapsCoordinate third-party customer validation for product and partnership announcements and manage customer participation in PR and AR opportunitiesUtilize data-driven insights to identify and understand customer behavior, preferences, and needsMonitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvementDrive innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practicesWhat You Will Need 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a lifecycle, demand, or customer marketing managerStrong knowledge of customer marketing tactics and best practicesTrack record of success in delivering pipeline and revenue outcomesStrong track record in bootstrapping and scaling customer advocacy and reference programs, particularly in an enterprise contextDemonstrated ability to build and nurture enduring relationships with enterprise customers, from practitioners to leadership/executivesPrior experience working with sales and customer success organizationsSelf-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisionsOutstanding communicator and thinkerExperience with Salesforce and Marketo is a strong plusApply for this position * RequiredFirst Name*Last Name*Email*PhoneResume
