• Support optimization of end to end supply chain for global multi-site manufacturing company
• Responsible for accelerating the ongoing sourcing & procurement functional transformation
• Responsible for cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Engage, inspire and develop a diverse group of geographically dispersed peer leaders and their subordinates educating them on supply chain best practices
• Align for a fast paced, high growth, journey of continuous improvement while delivering operational excellence for customers, value for shareholders, and a great work environment for teammates
• Hands-on role for someone that has the tactical expertise to lead by example as he/she trains, develops, and mentors a geographically disperse team of individual that do not report directly to this role
• Experience implementing and leveraging technology
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with vendors, suppliers, partners, customers, peers, subordinates, and industry colleagues at all levels
