    Night Porter (working 4 days on, 3 days off) Driving licence required due to company vehicle use at the hotel to transport guests and colleagues.

    We are currently seeking a Night Porter to join our dedicated Night team at Cliveden House. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation during the night, maintaining security and being the main point of call to our guests. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests throughout the night.

    Our ideal candidate should:

    • Have experience in a night porter or similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
    • Be responsible for maintaining security and safety standards during the night hours
    • Embrace a hands-on approach, handling guest requests and ensuring a secure and comfortable environment
    • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, addressing any issues that may arise during the night
    • Show a commitment to providing exceptional service
    • Display a keen sense of observation and attention to detail
    • Be proactive and quick-thinking, responding efficiently to any guest needs
