- Partner with project managers, in the planning and execution of implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current software workflows, designs and mapping processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead executive client meetings by using valuable insights on business workflows to determine recommendations for leveraging the software capabilities based on their objectives and challenges to create efficencies. Ensure implementation tasks address gaps.
- Serve as an advisor for clients, offering advanced consultation on software customization and configuration, leveraging sophisticated features to optimize user experience
- Deliver advanced training sessions for designated client members on intricate software functionalities, tailoring the approach to accomodate diverse user needs thus maximizing the software to the client's usability.
- Independently resolves the majority of software configuration issues .
- Provide mentorship to other consultants on the team by supporting escalations, as well as, train new hires
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills
- Strong desire to work in a close team/collaborative setting as well as independently
- Solid ability to manage projects/ tasks that are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, MS Office (Visio)
- Ability to travel 50%
- Experience working with state government agencies
- Experience with human services programs
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Knowledgeable of the technical requirements and processes involved in software development and implementation
- Background in vocational rehabilitation
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
