    Description

    Surgery Center looking to bring on Administrator Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation

    Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

    • Facility is an Endoscopy Center with only one operating room.

    Qualifications:

    • Ideal candidate for this role will be an RN with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
    • Ideal candidate will be local or have lived in HI in the past.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in a top administrative or management position either in the ASC or hospital surgical space.
    • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
