    The Learning Execution Manager is as a key member of the Chief Data Office Data Transformation Learning team and will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the function and to address learning needs by working closely with business partners and stakeholders to manage and execute all aspects of the end-to-end learning lifecycle in the delivery of learning solutions and resources to support organizational and business goals.

    The Learning Execution Manager has an overarching goal of ensuring the sourcing, curation, design/development and adoption of data governance learning resources and solutions on behalf of the Chief Data Office.


    Responsibilities:
    Develops a broad understanding of topics related to data governance to drive organizational knowledge management, skill/capability building and collaboration
    Understands relevant business priorities/needs and identifies opportunities and effective approaches for addressing them across the enterprise and corresponding success measurements
    Helps to develop and execute the Data Transformation learning strategy
    Works closely with key stakeholders to assess needs/analyze gaps and develops, executes and manages a comprehensive portfolio of learning solutions/resources to support the achievement of business priorities; including measuring and evolving solutions to ensure ongoing relevance and quality
    Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of learning solutions and resources available to proactively identify and align solutions to support business outcomes/match needs
    Works with a variety of stakeholders, partners and/or Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, execute, and measure learning solutions; regularly monitoring and communicating progress
    Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to advise, consult on learning needs and aligned solutions to strengthen data governance capabilities and skills
    Partners with internal stakeholders to promote and market learning solutions and resources
    Scans internal and external landscapes for trends and anticipates impact on future capability requirements

    Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Demonstrated success at building credibility quickly and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
    Well-developed consulting and advisory skills, including needs analysis and strategic planning
    Strong critical and strategic thinking capabilities, including operating with a data mindset and demonstrated ability to use data to drive action or decisions
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Self-motivated, highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    At least 6 years of experience in an advisory or instructional design role in learning and development
    At least 2 years of program or project management experience in the learning and development space

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Masters degree
    Experience with large, matrixed and multinational organizations preferred
    A successful track record in leading complex, multi-dimensional projects at scale
    Experience with both web-based and instructor-led trainings in a corporate environment
    Working knowledge of learning platforms and instructional design tools
