YOUR FUNCTIONS
FORVIA -HELLA is seeking its next great systems engineer to join our growing EMC lightingteam.

The primary function of this position will be to partner with internaland external stakeholders to drive development of our next generation productdesign.

DailyResponsibilities
Full Coordination of planning activities including preparation, implementation and verification of the development schedule
Assign responsibility for work results and activities in a clear and comprehensible manner to the individual team managers or team members
Monitor and control progress of assigned programs
Implementmeasures in the case of (upcoming) deviations
Initiateand monitor escalation scenarios
Provideslast decision for software development related issues in case ofescalation from software development team members


YOUR COMPETENCE
Qualifications
5+ years experience performing electronics design work (Lighting and ECU experience preferred)
Prior experience in evaluating, analyzing and eliciting requirements.
Ability to manage cross-domain assignments with high levels of composure and work in a cross functional global team.
Excellent communication skills interacting with both internal and external customers
Cross-functional expertise in multiple engineering domains
Proficient with MS Office applications, MKS/PTC, DOORs, Vector Tools
