Client location: Orlando, FL
Work location: Remote (must support EST hours)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of a talented and self-driven Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in DevSecOps methodologies, excellent knowledge of CI/CD techniques. You will be responsible for developing and implementing OPA rule sets at industry standard levels while taking into account the needs of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities
· You have worked with Harness in the past and understand how to work within its environment.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's Harness integration.
· Create, manage, and implement software development policies using the Open Policy Engine with a lens for Harness.
· Advocate for industry standard usage and application of OPA.
· Build and maintain tools for supporting written Policies and keeping them in compliance with InfoSec guidelines.
· Troubleshoot step issues in Pipelines and be able to represent the needs of specific steps to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Harness for continuous delivery.
· Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
· Strong experience with Git and Git workflows.
· Proficient in CI/CD tools.
· Solid experience with Open Policy Engine (OPA).
· Problem-solving attitude.
· Team spirit.
· Good time-management skills.
· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in DevSecOps space.
· Able to represent OPA needs in different cloud environments.
