    Frier Levitt attorneys are licensed in numerous states. The Firm has offices in Pine Brook, New Jersey, and New York City. Frier Levitt is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager with 7+ years of experience. This position is in our Pine Brook, NJ, office and currently offers a hybrid work opportunity.

    The Marketing Communications Manager responsibilities will include:

    Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Business Development to develop overall integrated communications strategy for Frier LevittDevelop and manage annual editorial calendarManage social media calendar and channels, including LinkedInExecute communication strategy for major niches and firm growth areas, including copywriting, media placements, email campaign automation and event promotion and follow upServe as firms media representative and conduct media outreachIdentify and nominate key professionals for awards and speaker proposals, and submit data for all firm ranking surveysManage website content and updates for industry and service lines capabilities sheetsLead the development and revision of copy for the new website, this includes revision of all landing pages, bios and static content.

    Optimize web copy and work with outside agency to monitor SEO results and Google analyticsDraft marketing collateral and messaging for new service offeringsLead or support strategic/brainstorming marketing meetings with the firms niche and practice area leadersOversee and measure effectiveness of marketing communications campaignsWork with Director of Marketing and Business Development and practice leaders to develop targeted ad concepts and copyCollaborate with HR to execute comprehensive internal communications and DEI campaignsDevelop copy for proposals and RFPsExperience and Requirements:
    Professional Services or Law Firm experience is strongly preferred.

    BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or English strongly preferred7+ years of experience working in a communications role within a marketing department or agency; professional services experience strongly preferredCopywriting, editing and proofreading experience requiredUnderstanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and how to measure and analyze resultsExcellent project management, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlinesExperience serving internal and external clients and partnering with various departments on marketing initiatives and projectsStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding attention to detailTeam player who is also self-motivated and can work independentlyExcellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with email marketing and content management systems strongly preferred.

    Experience with HubSpot and WordPress strongly preferredTime management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneouslyBenefits:
