Job Description Job Description JHNA is seeking Junior Software Engineer to support our government customer in Patuxent River, MD

Roles/Responsibilities:
Analyze software engineering/software integration problems.
Perform software integration and testing for aircraft avionics systems.
Perform software management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, throughput, and cybersecurity.
Develop and apply automated solutions to problems.
Use development tools to update tasks and stories, check-in, and version control.
Analyze commercially available, open source, government furnished, and contractor furnished software.
Analyze architectural and functional requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
Contribute to software specifications and designs for proposed solutions.


Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.

Degrees in Engineering, Math, and Physics may qualify with at least 1 year of C++ experience.1 year of relevant experienceExperience with bash scripting, database, and programming languages.

Must have Linux/Windows troubleshooting skills.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.


Qualifications Desired:
