- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience within MSP/VMS or Staffing Industry (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in new sales and account management.
- Ability to meet KPIs, Metrics, and Goals.
- Experience in selling service-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Results-driven with strong business acumen and client management skills.
