Solution architect in het data domein.

Locatie: hybride (Den Bosch 1 – 2 days)
Periode: 6+ maanden hr/week)
Project start date: mei 2023

• Je werkt nauw samen met de Product owners en de DevOps teams binnen jouw ART om functionele wensen te vertalen naar IT oplossingen.

• Onze ARTs zijn ingericht om de customer value stream end to end te ondersteunen. Je werkt daardoor op een landschap met frontend, integratie en backend technologie.

Steekwoorden: Angular, Sitecore, Mulesoft, Tibco, SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, QlikSense, Serverless, AWS.

• Je implementeert enabler features, met respect voor de architectuur visie, die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van het programma Kanban en ondersteunt de implementatie van technologieën, werkt hierin samen met de Enterprise Architect.

• Kennis van andere architectuurdomeinen zoals bv. integratie, billing, metering, BPM of frontend is een pré.

• Je stemt met Core IT en andere infrastructuurspecialisten af zodat bij het opstellen van de DevOps architectuurrichtlijnen & oplossingen voor een ART rekening wordt gehouden met infrastructuur relevante aspecten.

• Neemt actief deel aan ceremonies zoals, Programma Increment (PI) Planning, Pre- en Post-PI, demo's.

• Investeert in de Continuous Delivery Pipeline dmv passende ontwerprichtlijnen en indien nodig belangenbehartiging, stelt het systeemteam in staat om beslissingen te nemen over de infrastructuurkeuzes voor de ontwikkeling van de CI/CD-pipeline.

• Je bent in staat om onafhankelijk en op basis van eigen inzichten te opereren en daar, indien nodig, standvastig in te zijn.

• Je maakt impact en weet anderen te overtuigen en te boeien. Je bent ambitieus en resultaatgericht. Je weet focus aan te brengen, maar houdt ook continu je ogen open voor nieuwe kansen die ons gaan helpen onze ambities waar te maken.

• In je werk zorg je dat de Way of Working wordt geborgd en draag je deze actief uit, waarbij er wordt gewerkt binnen de afgesproken frameworks, werkwijzen en werkmethoden zoals Agile, SAFe, DevOps.

Als Solution Architect:
– rapporteer je aan de Lead Architect en ga je veel samen werken met verschillende collega's binnen én buiten IT.
– je helpt in het vertalen van de IT strategisch en architectuur visie naar uitvoerbare richtlijnen voor de DevOps teams.
– met jouw kritische blik, scherpe analyses en drijvende kracht achter (strategische) veranderingen, help je de organisatie om continue te verbeteren en te groeien richting onze lange termijn ambities.
– je vertaalt business problemen in concrete oplossingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en communiceren van de bijbehorende architectuur.
– Je speelt een cruciale rol bij begeleiden van teams binnen een Agile Release Train (ART) en werkt samen met de DevOps teams bij het bedenken van de beste oplossing voor wijzigingen op onze systemen en interfaces.
– In de architectuur afwegingen binnen jouw ART worden kostenefficiëntie en onderhoud in evenwicht gebracht met de bedrijfsstrategie en -doelstellingen.

• Minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau bij voorkeur in informatie technologie, informatica of (technische) bedrijfskunde.

• Tenminste 3 jaar ervaring als solution architect in het data domein

• Ervaring met datamodeling technieken (bv. Kimbal/Datavault etc.)

• Ervaring met AWS/Snowflake/Databricks/Qliksense is een pré

• Ervaring in het architectureel begeleiden van 2-3 agile teams in een enterprise setting

• Ervaring op het gebied van Agile, Scrum en DevOps werkvormen.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de Engelse en de Nederlandse taal, in zowel woord als geschrift, en je hebt zeer goede overtuigingsvaardigheden.
