- We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join this dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and medical conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Monitor patient progress, record observations, and update medical records with utmost attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and a patient-centric approach.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, as well as institutional policies and protocols.
- Valid and active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
- Demonstrated clinical competence and a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
