We seek mental health therapists (LAC, LMSW) for full-time positions in Cabot, AR.


Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $44,800 to $77,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.


Requirements:
Must have either an LAC or LMSW
Must be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:
Interview patients to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessments
Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and clients' progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined and measurable objectives and goals
Develop and implement treatment plans
Review results of assessments to evaluate client needs
Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
If the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian on a monthly basis (minimum)
Attends training as required by agency and licensure
Attends monthly treatment team staff meetings

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment.

Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
