    Description

    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator

    Location: Seymour, WI

    Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

    Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday)

    What's the Job?

    • Review and interpret production schedules to ensure timely execution
    • Accurately read and interpret job tickets, pulling the correct materials such as inks, plates, and dies
    • Work closely with the Plate Mounter to manage plates and cylinders effectively
    • Install and manage die and anilox rollers, maintaining proper ink and color control
    • Conduct quality control checks on press and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards

    What's Needed?

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
    • 2-5 years of industry experience preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and job tickets accurately
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items over 50 pounds, and perform active tasks throughout the shift
