- Design and develop innovative modular components with a focus on functionality and sustainability.
- Oversee the design of entire electrical systems, from one-line diagrams to bill of materials.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create accurate 3D models using CAD software.
- Provide technical support to production teams and assist in vendor selection.
- Generate comprehensive documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Interface with cross-functional teams and contribute to project success.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and modular construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with compliance analysis and electrical calculations.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering or project management.
- Technical writing proficiency required.
- Experience in industrial HVAC or energy service contracting.
- Knowledge of data center design and power generation.
- Familiarity with controls and PLC programming.
- PE registration highly preferred.
