- Handle loading and unloading of furniture and housewares on company vehicles.
- Execute work orders using the company's mobile field service/ERP system in line with CWS standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, keep vehicle logs, and report any issues to the operations manager.
- Maintain inventory of furniture, housewares, and tools, and communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
- Handle housekeeping duties, including cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of housewares kits.
- Ensure product care by cleaning, washing, and troubleshooting electronics.
- Follow established procedures for bed bug management.
- Keep the warehouse organized and tidy.
- Assess damages on furniture and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Travel to different locations as required, potentially staying overnight.
- Uphold safety protocols and report unsafe conditions to management promptly.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, SEASONAL - Summer Season Only
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: Round Rock, TX
Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Furniture Delivery Specialist is to deliver, install, and retrieve housewares and furniture in accordance with CWS standards in a safe and efficient manner.

This role involves working in warehouse and apartment settings, using various cleaning supplies, and being exposed to common apartment-related elements. Physical requirements include lifting objects up to 75 lbs, moving on stairs, and maintaining balance.
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience: 1+ years in furniture moving industry; background in property maintenance or housekeeping is a bonus.
Requirements: Must pass annual background, drug, and driving record checks as per company policy. Maintain a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
