- Strong understanding of the hosting & cloud tech landscape
- Experience with forging strong relationships with clients and creating compelling tender responses (RFQ, RFP, RFI) to meet the demands of sales opportunities and challenges
- You are comfortable dealing with business owners and have a talent for understanding their challenges and agendas
- Confident, charismatic self-starter who works well in a team
- Able to learn quickly, use your own initiative and be motivated to get the job done effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of outstanding business development with a focus on new business to both SMB and enterprise target clients
- Strong track record of driving revenue through strategic selling and negotiation techniques, face to face presentations, and high-quality proposals
- Use a consultative, positive, solution-focused mentality at all times with a proactive and can-do attitude
- You will know how to present services and solutions and be able to adapt and vary your approach to suit your audience
- Fantastic customer service skills and ability to resolve questions efficiently and effectively
- Proficient in all facets of MS Office, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint
