We are looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on, customer-obsessed HRBP with a passion for developing and implementing HR strategies for this key global organization.This HRBP must be able to earn trust and establish themselves as a trusted business partner.
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support a fast-growing business while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development.
