The Enrollment Management Executive Suite is seeking a highly motivated and professional Student Assistant to support the daily operations of the Vice President and Associate Vice Presidents.This position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced administrative environment and requires a strong commitment to confidentiality,
accuracy, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Executive Suite; greet guests and notify appropriate staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries appropriately,
and take accurate messages. - Provide courteous,informed,and timely assistance regarding office hours,
general Enrollment Management services,and campus resources.
